Hi all,
Just a quick blog entry here as we’re on a train. Some of you know that one of the things we really wanted to do on this trip was to renew our wedding vows with the priest who married us 13 years ago on August 22.
Well, as you can see, we had the chance to do that this past weekend at a suburb outside of London called Dormansland. Ray Simpson, the priest who married us, was there to help us renew our vows. It was a beautiful and meaningful ceremony with our girls as witnesses!

Above is a picture of Ray holding a woven cloth over our hands in what’s called a Celtic Hand Clasp! Really great!
Following the ceremony we got to go to see Les Mis in London this past Saturday.

Finally, we got to see a Woman’s Rugby Workd Cup match in Northampton between Ireland and Spain.

We’re hopeful for Canada to play in the final!!!
Well, train stops soon. We’re in Lindisfarne Holy Island (where we got married) for a week!
Thanks,
Josh
Lovely your girls were there to see your vows renewal.
So glad that you and Clare experienced what you did on that walk😍
